R. B. Davis & Company has been contracted to provide full service janitorial for this 417,000 building in downtown Salt Lake City. R. B. Davis has been customer and detail oriented in providing cleaning services at this location. The facility is served by two full time day porters during normal business hours of 8:00am to 5:00 pm. After hours cleaning is provided by a full staff in excess of twenty employees for night time cleaning. R. B. Davis is responsive to the cleaning needs of this location if problems arise I have always been able to contact Shaun Davis or the night manger to resolved all issues in a timely fashion. Nick R. R. B. Davis & Company has had contracts to clean two hundred thousand square feet for more than ten years. A Quality Control Supervisor employed by R. B. Davis & Company check the work in each facility twice weekly, stocks paper products, orders cleaning supplies and manages custodial personnel. As the Contracting Officer Representative it is my responsibility to follow the Quality Control Supervisor. Everyone is courteous and completes their duties in a professional manner.
